It’s been a tough decision to make recently. And I’ll be honest, I want massage, yoga, doula work and lactation services to be affordable for everyone. But with almost two decades of bodywork under my belt, I believe that my services should match the current market rate.

Starting today May 8th 2025, I plan to raise my fees slightly, create a transition phrase until August for previous clients, and offer a sliding scale fee for those that are in need. I believe no one should miss out on self-care and preventative measures towards health and wellness.
