Happy New Year everyone!

While I'm working on a Masters degree, I’ve managed to also add some certifications to my listings as well. Please check out my newest page for Certified Lactation Services.

Also, some more and upcoming events to remember is my newest page for private yoga sessions will be released soon, as well as a massage/pilates workshop in the Bed-Study area of Brooklyn! So keep your eyes posted for that and even a podcast/radio show going over the politics of poetry in regards to womanhood, being a BIPOC, and other related topics writers have discussed in the past and present.

Hello Everyone!

As the past few months have perhaps been long and grueling for most, for some they have had the ability to take time out for self-care and reflection as well.
